Take 101S towards San Francisco, cross over the Golden Gate Bridge, take the 101S ramp towards Downtown/Lombard St, merge onto 101S, 101S becomes 101S/Richardson Ave., 101S/Richardson Ave. becomes 101S/Lombard St., turn right onto 101S/Van Ness Ave., turn left onto Golden Gate Ave., turn right onto Hyde St., Hyde St. becomes 8th St., turn left onto Folsom St., Patisserie Cafe is on Folsom St. between 8th St. and 7th St. on the right side of Folsom.
